“When Ben came in to sit down with me and show us the products he had available, I knew he would be an all-star for me at Cape Splash Family Aquatic Center. Old Time Servicing’s service is first class. Anytime I would run out of product, Ben would have it down the next day! This summer, we added four of Ben’s products at our waterpark, Pretzel Balls, Alligator Ice, Cool Beads, and Cotton Candy. The Cool beads and Alligator Ice products have doubled our sales compared to products we had in prior years. Ben had machines installed within days of us deciding we were in, well before pool opening.
I knew that the products we sold through Ben’s company would do well, but I had no idea two of them would be our top-selling concession item this year. The Alligator Ice product was so popular that we had to have Ben install a second machine after the first week because we were selling out each day. Ben introduced us to the Pretzels Balls mid-summer, and they became a customer favorite almost instantly. Cotton Candy was another product that we decided to try this summer, and to our surprise, it became one of the best-selling snacks we have! Ben’s four products brought in over $41,000 in revenue, and we would not have had a record year without his products. Ben’s company brings a personal touch to its customers that is hard to find with companies today, and their customer service is the best around. “From the time Ben came in to sit down with our staff and show us the products he had available I knew he would be an all star for me at the outdoor pool. In past years we didn’t carry some of the products because of price points, convenience, and accessibility. With Old Time Servicing Company that was never a problem for us, right away we had a price where we could make money and have products our patrons had always requested. Ben had machines installed within days of us deciding we were in, well before pool opening. He made things easy always being accessible thru phone, no matter the day of the week if I ran out of something product was on the way as soon as he could fit me in! The whole summer was a success. My staff even got to know Ben thru deliveries and servicing of my machines throughout the summer and loved him as well.

I knew that the products we brought in would do well, but I had no idea we were going to knock it out of the park the way we did. Cool Beads ice cream completely replaced my ice cream by mid summer (which was hard to get anyway due to product availability). The different flavors of slush were all successful and we got some really funny pictures of kids with Blue and Red mouths. Slushes were all kids would drink on hot days and we were running thru product.
